Job Title
Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like:
Will be supporting the business loyalty mobile application – recently deployed new application into production and now need help monitoring usage and support issues as released.
Review the support tickets (issue logs) coming in and do data analysis. Will summarize trends & data and then translate issues into business terminology for the business team to review and get additional budgets etc.
Work closely with the product owner to give feedback back to the third party vendors who build out the application so that they can get fixes deployed and monitor progress.
Will be about 50/50 between the functional (business) and technical (development) teams – will be working cross functionally and need to understand the product flow, teams, and processes and within the application to help identify ways to improve.
Will not be doing any budget, team member, or project coordination – have others (SCRUM master, etc.) who handle those items for the team(s).
Will be using JIRA, Azure Dev Ops (ADO), and Service Now for ticketing and management.
