Job description:

Looking for Senior Software test Engineer resource who comes from a BAU / PROD support role and who has an interest in test automation tools – build and deployments, configuration management, environment setup for all releases and also to involve in testing of credit risk applications for Oracle 19C upgrade.

Preference: 5-8 yrs. of PRODUCTION Support /Software Test Engineer Resource

Familiar with test environments - QA/UAT

Automated back-end / batch test execution

Data/results analysis of regression test scenarios

Interest and Ability to troubleshoot/problem solve code, infrastructure, and data related issues

Documentation of test cases and procedures

Familiar with BAU processes (Test Execution ) i.e.,

Run PFCs ( Business Processes )

Follows Standard Operating Procedures (as documented in our internal Wiki docs)

Focus working with Operate and AD to complete our PFCs.

Technologies:

Strong in Oracle - SQL Queries

Strong in UNIX / Linux Commands

Knowledge on Automation tools – build, deployments

Knowledge on Core Java or Python

Strong knowledge on CICD is preferred

Knowledge on Docker and Kubernetes is preferred

Knowledge on UNIX Shell Scripting
