Essential criteria:
- Hybrid technologist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Trading industry and a track record delivering innovative technological solutions.
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Robust skills in data analysis and SQL queries.
- Ability to establish appropriate governance, negotiate and facilitate global prioritization.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with technology staff and business stakeholders across multiple levels.
- Proven quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Desirable criteria:
- Familiar with data warehousing concept, system integration, and project delivery methodologies.
- Proven track record in understanding technology implementation within the Credit Risk space.
- Experience working with geographically remote stakeholders and teams including managed service providers.
