Service Now MCO Architect
Location:
Houston, TX (Remote)
• 8 to 12 years working with Service Now platform in enterprise-wide, multi-tier Service Now production environment
• At least 12 to 14 years of experience in the IT industry experience
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Provide domain, architecture, and the technical aspects of the project.
• Participate in requirement gathering meetings and provide inputs to the developers based on the requirements.
• End to end guidance and review of Modular Implementation & customization in Service Now
• Hands-on experience in implementing in multiple Service Now modules and 3rd party integrations
• Guidance on Implementation of Service Now modules, primarily MCO, CSM, ITSM and Platform Configuration
• Client and Server APIs
