Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst with a strong background in hospital or healthcare systems to support critical clinical, financial, and operational applications. This role plays a key part in ensuring system reliability, data integrity, and compliance across enterprise healthcare platforms, with a primary focus on Oracle-based applications
.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on QA Lead who can design and execute comprehensive testing strategies, collaborate with cross-functional hospital stakeholders, and ensure systems meet healthcare regulatory and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute end-to-end QA testing strategies for Oracle-based healthcare applications
- Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios
- Perform functional, integration, regression, UAT, and system testing
- Partner with clinical, IT, finance, and operations teams to validate workflows and requirements
- Identify, document, track, and retest defects using standard defect management tools
- Ensure testing aligns with hospital compliance, data accuracy, and patient safety standards
- Support go-lives, upgrades, and production issue validation
- Provide QA leadership, guidance, and best practices across projects
- Proven experience as a QA Lead or senior QA analyst
- Extensive experience developing and leading QA testing strategies for Oracle applications
- Hands-on Oracle testing experience (e.g., Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion, Oracle HCM, Oracle Financials, or similar)
- Experience supporting hospital or healthcare systems
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and testing best practices
- Ability to work independently and lead testing efforts in complex environments
- Experience in hospital environments (clinical, revenue cycle, payroll, supply chain, or HR systems)
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards (HIPAA, Joint Commission, etc.)
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Experience supporting large-scale implementations or system upgrades
- Work on mission-critical healthcare systems that directly support patient care
- Collaborate with experienced hospital and IT leadership teams
