Pay Range: $58.00–$60.00/hr

We are urgently looking for a skilled Payroll Testing Coordinator to support our Workday implementation project. If you are interested, please apply online immediately.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate all payroll simulation and parallel testing cycles (data sets, pay periods, validations).
- Liaise with Payroll Ops, Finance, Integration, and Testing teams to ensure scenario readiness.
- Track completion of test executions, reconciliation results, defect trends and readiness metrics.
- Develop dashboards for key indicators and readiness status in collaboration with leadership.
- Support test defect resolution, risk escalation, and readiness gating.
- Payroll Testing, Workday implementation experience.
- 5 years payroll process knowledge (US multi‑state, Workday Payroll certification is a plus).
- Experience coordinating simulation and parallel payroll cycles in an implementation environment.
- Strong analytical and Excel/Smartsheet skills; ability to build leadership‑ready dashboards.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
