• 10+ years of GIS industry experience
• Experience in Solution Design, capacity planning, infrastructure recommendations for Large Utility Clients
• Defined processes, tools, etc. for Project transition to Support.
• Lead the overall ArcGIS Utility Network architecture for fiber
• Design the physical fiber data model (cables, strands, splice points, devices)
• Define domain networks, tiers, subnetworks, rules, and associations
• Design redundancy, path diversity, and automated impact analysis
• Define area classification and industrial constraint modeling
• Establish global naming conventions and modeling standards
• Evaluate ESRI compatible third‑party fiber tools (Net Terrain used as reference input)
• Produce design and architecture documentation
• Existing ESRI Utility Network deployment
• Physical fiber modeling (cables, strands, splices)
• Mid span and enclosure splicing included
• Data sources:
  New build fiber only, provided as CAD (.dwg/.dxf) and KMZ files

• Data Management (Mandatory)
