Position OverviewHOUSTON, TEXAS – Digital Coordinator (open immediately). This role is part of the digital team and provides administrative support to the account executives and management team. Responsibilities include implementing digital advertising strategies, preparing digital reports, and collaborating with the sales team, clients, and creative departments to deliver effective campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as liaison between our sales team, clients, internal departments, and digital vendors.
- Organize and input new and revised orders; assist in creating sales proposals and digital campaigns.
- Prepare and assemble digital reports, recaps, and presentations.
- Track pacing and performance of all digital campaigns to ensure accurate delivery and a timely launch.
- Work closely with the local media team on creative, content creation, campaign fulfillment, delivery, and recaps.
- Collaborate with the Digital Manager on weekly/monthly digital reports.
- Execute highly time‑sensitive projects while meeting deadlines.
- Manage multiple project requests simultaneously with quick turnaround.
- Perform additional duties as designated by the Digital Manager.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Knowledge of Wide Orbit, Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, and campaign dashboards is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), image manipulation, and social media tools.
- Strong detail orientation, organization, written and oral communication, and multitasking skills.
- Dependable work ethic and team‑player attitude.
- Ability to understand client business needs and proactively develop customized digital advertising solutions.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks/projects on time.
- Competency using internal and external resources/tools to create and input digital sales orders, digital video & audio ads, and digital display ads.
Pay Range USD $35,000.00 – USD $40,000.00 per year.
