The Senior Endpoint Administrator serves as a critical technical leader responsible for the security, scalability, performance, and lifecycle management of enterprise endpoint environments across Windows and Apple platforms. This role owns endpoint governance, compliance, automation, deployment, patching, and modern workplace technologies that directly impact workforce productivity, operational resilience, and regulatory readiness. Leveraging AI as a force multiplier, the position accelerates decision‑making, improves service quality, enhances operational scale, and increases automation effectiveness.

Operating within Empower’s hyper‑growth, highly regulated 503A/503B environment, the role partners across Infrastructure, Security, Cloud, and Service Operations to deliver secure, compliant, and efficient endpoint services. Success requires talent characterized by strategic thinking, execution rigor, technical depth, accountability, continuous learning agility, and a relentless commitment to operational excellence.

• Platform Management: Administer and optimize enterprise endpoint platforms across Windows and macOS environments, including Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager, and Autopilot. Execute endpoint configuration, policy management, deployment, compliance monitoring, and lifecycle activities that support secure, scalable operations. Leverage AI‑enabled insights and automation capabilities to improve service quality, accelerate issue resolution, enhance decision‑making, and increase operational efficiency while maintaining alignment with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Device Lifecycle: Execute end‑to‑end device lifecycle processes including provisioning, imaging, deployment, onboarding, refresh planning, retirement, and asset governance activities. Ensure devices are deployed securely, efficiently, and consistently while maintaining compliance with established standards. Utilize automation, workflow optimization, and AI‑assisted operational tools to reduce manual effort, improve deployment speed, increase accuracy, and support workforce productivity across a rapidly growing enterprise environment.
