Business Central Functional Consultant
Microsoft Partner | Full-Time | Client-Facing Role

Our client, a growing Microsoft Partner, is seeking an experienced Business Central Functional Consultant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a consultant who thrives in a client-facing environment and has a strong background delivering successful Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.

• Lead and support full life cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
• Work closely with stakeholders to optimize accounting, finance, and operational processes
• Conduct client workshops, training sessions, and solution demonstrations
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Provide post-implementation support and system optimization recommendations

• Prior experience working for a Microsoft Partner is required
• Proven track record of completing multiple end-to-end Business Central implementations
• Strong functional knowledge of Business Central, particularly within accounting and finance modules
• Accounting or finance background/mindset strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and client-facing consulting skills
• Ability to manage client relationships and work effectively in a fast-paced consulting environment

• ERP consulting within manufacturing, distribution, or professional services environments
• Process improvement and business transformation initiatives
• Experience working directly with executive leadership and finance teams
