Job Summary
A Kforce client in the Downtown Houston, TX area has a contract role for an HRIT Analyst II. This position will sit onsite Mon‑Thurs with opportunity to work remotely on Fridays. In this role, you will provide operational and technical support for HR technology platforms (e.g., SAP, Success Factors) to ensure data integrity, efficient system functionality, and effective reporting. You will serve as a key contributor within the HRIT team by supporting system maintenance, troubleshooting issues, assisting with projects, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Responsibilities- Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of HR master data within HR systems
- Perform routine data audits and validations to ensure data quality and compliance
- Serve as a liaison between HR, IT, and vendors to support HR system operations and issue resolution
- Support HRIT projects by assisting with requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and implementation activities
- Analyze business processes and recommend incremental system or workflow improvements
- Participate in system testing activities (UAT, regression testing) for upgrades, enhancements, and patches
- Provide functional support and basic configuration assistance for HR systems (e.g., Success Factors modules)
- Generate standard and ad hoc reports using reporting tools and dashboards
- Assist in maintaining HR dashboards and analytics to support data-driven decision-making
- Perform routine system maintenance activities, including monitoring integrations and resolving errors
- Research and troubleshoot HR system issues and elevate complex problems as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience supporting HR systems or HR technology platforms
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP or Success Factors preferred
- Basic experience with reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
- Exposure to system testing, data validation, and process documentation
- Familiarity with data structures and basic SQL is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
