At Crowe, you will lead enterprise Service Now Program Suite implementations while driving business development, executive client relationships, and practice growth. This role is ideal for a consulting leader who combines broad Service Now platform expertise with strong delivery leadership and a passion for building high‑performing teams.
Responsibilities- Lead enterprise Service Now Program Suite implementations from strategy through deployment, ensuring successful delivery, financial performance, and client satisfaction.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive client stakeholders, helping define Service Now roadmaps and digital transformation strategies.
- Oversee multiple client engagements, providing leadership to Managers, Senior Consultants, Solution Architects, Developers, and project teams.
- Lead business development activities including executive presentations, solution demonstrations, proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and sales pursuits.
- Build and expand executive client relationships while identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business.
- Mentor and develop consulting team members, supporting recruiting, coaching, performance management, and career growth.
- Drive practice development through delivery methodologies, implementation accelerators, thought leadership, and collaboration with Service Now and alliance partners.
- Partner with practice leadership on staffing, utilization, forecasting, project financials, and overall practice performance.
- 8+ years of professional consulting or technology implementation experience.
- 7+ years leading enterprise Service Now implementations and consulting engagements.
- Broad Service Now platform experience with deep expertise in one or more solution areas, including IRM/GRC, Sec Ops, ITSM, ITOM, SPM, CSM, HRSD, App Engine, or related Service Now products.
- Proven success leading multiple complex implementations while managing project financials, delivery quality, and executive client relationships.
- Experience driving business development through proposals, demonstrations, executive presentations, and account expansion.
- Experience leading and developing consulting teams.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.
- Strong understanding of enterprise Service Now architecture and platform strategy.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience collaborating with Service Now account teams and alliance partners.
- Demonstrated success growing consulting practices and expanding client relationships.
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- One or more Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Service Now Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent advanced Service Now certifications
