As a Digital Product Manager Lead Sr within PNC’s Mar Tech organization, you will be based in a Marketing Hub for PNC.

The role is essential to accelerate Mar Tech transformation and deliver strategic initiatives that drive growth and customer experience. This role will provide dedicated ownership in projects, ensuring strong discovery, design and requirements build. By applying advanced product management practices, the position will optimize resources, mitigate risks, and unlock ROI from Mar Tech investments. Responsibilities
  • Drive digital strategy across business segments to optimize digital experience, leveraging design thinking and other best practices.
  • Monitor the marketplace to assess digital experience trends and results in order to recommend new digital experiences or enhancements to existing experiences.
  • Prioritize and decide on recommendations.
  • Drive business case development.
  • Develop and design the features of new or existing digital experiences to take advantage of an identified market need or opportunity.
  • Manage the development, production, roll‑out or promotion of digital experiences.
  • Partner with key stakeholders including Product, Technology, MIS, Line of Business, Marketing and other internal service partners as well as external stakeholders to ensure all digital experiences meet their strategic goals.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop in‑product‑specific marketing initiatives.
  • May participate in client‑facing activities.
  • As part of the first line of defense, support risk management, compliance, and audit needs.
  • Drive business, financial, and customer experience results of new and existing products and effectively recommend modifications in experiences and/or marketing to improve results.
  • May coordinate and/or coach Product Managers and Associates.
