Associate Security Innovation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Supports the design, development, and delivery of innovative security solutions leveraging AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Contributes to the continuous improvement of security tool coverage, engineering of new capabilities, and adoption of modern technology.
• Assists security operations by streamlining investigative workflows and accelerating incident response.
• Supports project and initiative tracking to ensure alignment with strategic security objectives.
• Explores and applies new technologies to enhance the efficiency of security solutions.
• Analyzes and improves security tool coverage across environments.
• Supports log collection and engineering efforts across various systems.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or similar area of study.
• 4 years of related experience may substitute for the Bachelor’s degree.
• Exposure to or interest in AI/ML concepts, scripting/automation (Python, Power Shell), low code/no code development (Tines, Okta Workflows, Power Apps) or security orchestration platforms
• Familiarity with SIEM, SOAR, or log management tools
• A demonstrated curiosity for emerging technology and creative problem-solving
