As a Business Analytics Consultant within PNC's Mar Tec organization, you will build marketing messaging based on defined business requirements using Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).

You will interact with teams across Product, Marketing, Technology, and our delivery channels to coordinate the successful deployment of new marketing creatives.

Responsibilities include:

• Interpreting business requirements to develop business rule logic within Pega to create targeted marketing campaigns
• Provide consultation with business partners across Product and Marketing
• Perform quality control checks on developed logic
• Coordinate across business and technology teams
• Manage multiple projects and meet target deadlines

Preferred

Skills:

• Experience with customer decisioning software such as Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH)
• Pega Decisioning Consultant certification
• HTML coding proficiency
• SQL knowledge
