HRIT Analyst

Job Summary: Provide operational and technical support for HR technology platforms (e.g., SAP, Success Factors) to ensure data integrity, efficient system functionality, and effective reporting. Serve as a key contributor within the HRIT team by supporting system maintenance, troubleshooting issues, assisting with projects, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

• Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of HR master data within HR systems.
• Perform routine data audits and validations to ensure data quality compliance.
• Serve as a liaison between HR, IT, and vendors to support HR system operations and issue resolution.
• Support HRIT projects by assisting with requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and implementation activities.
• Analyze business processes and recommend incremental system or workflow improvements.
• Participate in system testing activities (UAT, regression testing) for upgrades, enhancements, and patches.
• Provide functional support and basic configuration assistance for HR systems (e.g., Success Factors modules).
• Generate standard and ad hoc reports using reporting tools and dashboards.
• Assist in maintaining HR dashboards and analytics to support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Perform routine system maintenance activities, including monitoring integrations and resolving errors.
• Research and troubleshoot HR system issues and elevate complex problems as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Human Resources, Business, or related field.

• 2-4 years of experience supporting HR systems or HR technology platforms.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP or Success Factors preferred.
• Basic experience with reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Exposure to system testing, data validation, and process documentation.
• Familiarity with data structures and basic SQL is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel.
