HRIT Analyst
Job Summary: Provide operational and technical support for HR technology platforms (e.g., SAP, Success Factors) to ensure data integrity, efficient system functionality, and effective reporting. Serve as a key contributor within the HRIT team by supporting system maintenance, troubleshooting issues, assisting with projects, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Essential Functions- Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of HR master data within HR systems.
- Perform routine data audits and validations to ensure data quality compliance.
- Serve as a liaison between HR, IT, and vendors to support HR system operations and issue resolution.
- Support HRIT projects by assisting with requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and implementation activities.
- Analyze business processes and recommend incremental system or workflow improvements.
- Participate in system testing activities (UAT, regression testing) for upgrades, enhancements, and patches.
- Provide functional support and basic configuration assistance for HR systems (e.g., Success Factors modules).
- Generate standard and ad hoc reports using reporting tools and dashboards.
- Assist in maintaining HR dashboards and analytics to support data‑driven decision‑making.
- Perform routine system maintenance activities, including monitoring integrations and resolving errors.
- Research and troubleshoot HR system issues and elevate complex problems as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience supporting HR systems or HR technology platforms.
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP or Success Factors preferred.
- Basic experience with reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Exposure to system testing, data validation, and process documentation.
- Familiarity with data structures and basic SQL is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel.
