Enterprise Data Steward Data Quality (DQ) is responsible for establishing and implementing a data quality and program management framework, driving consistent requirements around data quality, data standards, access, and utilization, and promoting processes that improve and sustain high data quality across the portfolio.

This is an individual contributor, team leader role that will influence across multiple departments and function as an advisory role reporting to the Director, Enterprise Master Data Governance. This role is part of the Enterprise Data Governance Team (DGT), working together with data stewards from across other domains. The DGT will collectively be responsible for implementing (directly and through influence) cross‑functional data governance processes and standards across all master data domains.

This inaugural role will be pivotal in developing the Enterprise Data Quality Roadmap, master data governance requirements and best practices, the development of the OE structure and documents, and the global roll‑out and adoption of the developed policies, requirements, and best practices, including training, support, and advisement. Additionally, this role will be critical to the development and execution of the assurance and sustainment processes required to achieve excellence in master data stewardship.

• Advise the Director of Enterprise Data Governance and Leadership regarding data quality processes, tools, improvement recommendations, strategies, opportunities, and threats.
• Develop and drive process and data quality improvements.
  • Deployment and adoption of data quality requirements and best practices
  • Map out roles and responsibilities related to data quality governance across all domains.
  • Build data quality improvement strategies and assist with business functions as needed regarding management of resources, budget, and data quality improvement execution.
  • Identify data quality gaps and deliver solutions for data governance process design or redesign efforts and be accountable for their successful implementation.
  • Develop meaningful KPIs on data quality improvement, sustainment, and the data quality program to effectively monitor the impacts of governance processes in driving desired data quality and consistency outcomes.
  • Day‑to‑day management and ownership of Enterprise Data Governance quality processes, requirements, and project portfolio management.
• Active project team participation regarding master data quality projects and initiatives.
• Collaboratively support and influence the M&A business/operational data teams; IT /digital technical teams; project teams, and data owners to adopt and embed the established data governance standards and policies into the operational or technical aspects. This includes
