CSAT Solutions LP in Houston is seeking a Technical Service Representative for a call center role in a cubicle. You will work with customers to resolve daily technical issues and verify information in the shop floor system.
You will receive and store units placed on hold, take pictures for the customer website, and communicate via phone and email to resolve holds while coordinating with the repair line. ISO 9001 quality requirements are essential to the role.
