Field Service Technician
- Technology As a Technology Field Service Technician, you will provide on-site technical support for computer hardware, peripherals, and data cabling systems. Responds to service dispatches to diagnose, repair, or replace faulty equipment and cabling at restaurant locations. Manages and maintains the hardware depot facility, including configuring and preparing new equipment, tracking warranty and inventory information, performing hardware repairs, and conducting functionality tests before deployment.

This position requires participation in an after-hours on-call rotation and occasional travel as needed.

Your responsibilities as the Field Service Technician
- Technology will include:

Provides on-site support for computer hardware, peripherals, and data cabling issues.

Repairs computer equipment at the depot facility.

Tracks warranty information on hardware.

Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs

To thrive as our Field Service Technician
- Technology, you must have:2-5 Years of experience, preferred

CompTIA A+ (optional)
Valid driver’s license

High School Diploma Required Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interdepartmental and customer interactions.

Ability to multitask with good organizational, and project management skills, and work well under pressure
