IT Support Specialist (Systems Administrator) Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required
- ITIL Foundation certification required
- Microsoft 365, SharePoint, networking, or systems administration certifications are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field required
- 1+ years of professional IT support or systems administration experience preferred
- ITIL Foundation certification required
- Experience providing end-user support in an IT infrastructure environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and Share Point
- Experience supporting hardware, software, and IT projects
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, incident management, and service request processes
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests while meeting service level expectations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to support technical and non-technical users
- Fluent English proficiency required
- Experience with Fortinet, Meraki, or CCNA concepts is a plus
- Experience with Power Automate tools is a plus
- Provide daily IT support to end users, resolving hardware, software, and system-related issues
- Manage and resolve support tickets through IT service management platforms
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications, SharePoint, and workplace technology solutions
- Provide user guidance, training, and support to improve technology adoption
- Support onboarding activities, including user setup, equipment delivery, and access management
- Coordinate IT equipment installation, replacement, and returns
- Collaborate with vendors on technology solutions, hardware, and service needs
- Maintain IT licenses, contracts, and compliance documentation
- Support IT projects, process improvements, and digital transformation initiatives
- Provide 2nd-level IT support to global teams and emerging markets
- Monitor incidents, service requests, and system performance metrics
- Track and report service KPIs to support continuous improvement
- Follow IT policies, procedures, and industry best practices
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
- Ability to handle and move IT equipment, including computers and related hardware
- Ability to set up, install, and troubleshoot workplace technology equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively through phone, email, and virtual platforms
- Ability to work in an office environment while supporting users and technology needs
