Sales Compensation Sr. Analytics Consultant About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, highly analytical, and business‑oriented Senior Analytics Consultant / Senior Business Analyst to join our Sales Compensation Insights & Analytics organization. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales compensation, thrives at the intersection of business strategy, analytics, and technology, and is motivated by shaping data‑driven decisions ideal candidate brings a strong consulting mindset, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and a track record of designing analytical frameworks that guide business decisions.
Key Responsibilities- 6+ years in analytics, business analysis, consulting, or similar roles.
- Strong background in sales compensation, sales operations, revenue analytics, or related business domains.
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing complex decisions.
- Proven track record of turning business questions into analytical models, dashboards, or frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in analytical and BI tools (Power BI, SQL, Python or R).
- Experience designing metrics, data models, BI dashboards, or analytical products.
- Understanding of forecasting, scenario modeling, and performance measurement methodologies.
- Ability to translate complex datasets into insights and business narratives.
- Comfortable framing ambiguous problems and providing structured, actionable recommendations.
- Excellent storytelling, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Strong strategic thinking with attention to detail and operational feasibility.
- Ability to lead discussions and drive alignment across cross‑functional teams.
Pay range: $105,050 to $161,800 USD annually, with additional opportunities for bonus and/or equity (U.S. candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
