ASTOUNDZ is an exciting SEO, web development, and web marketing company. We are experiencing ongoing growth and are looking to add another Word Press Developer to the team. The role focuses on helping clients develop amazing websites and improve their online presence through creative content production and technical SEO strategies. We are seeking a self-motivated, ambitious, customer-service oriented individual who thrives in a fun, entrepreneurial culture and brings ideas to the table with best practices in website development, content creation, and brand visibility from an SEO perspective.

The Web/SEO Specialist will develop websites and improve clients’ organic SEO rankings by performing keyword research, building topical content outlines, optimizing current content, tracking performance, and reporting results to clients while providing consultative guidance.

• Develop and maintain Word Press websites; edit and write HTML, CSS, and PHP as needed.
• Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and content optimization.
• Write enticing titles, subtitles, meta descriptions, and image tags.
• Identify opportunities to improve clients’ websites and provide actionable recommendations.
• Research and stay up-to-date with the latest Word Press, SEO news, and tactics.
• Design websites and graphics; ensure responsive design and quality user experience.
• Onboard new clients and manage ongoing client relationships; conduct monthly/quarterly reporting and meetings as required.
• Assist with SEO campaigns, PPC, and social media marketing as part of integrated strategies.

• Minimum of three to five years of demonstrated Word Press development experience.
• Strong Word Press expertise; deep knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, and MySQL integration.
• Experience with Word Press themes (including Divi), plugins, and site migrations.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS, responsive design, and media queries; ability to design and implement graphics as needed.
• Solid understanding of SEO best practices and ability to perform keyword research, content optimization, and performance tracking.
• Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Spy Fu, etc.
• Strong communication, customer service, and collaboration skills; capable of multi-tasking and meeting deadlines.
• Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and willingness to contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented culture.
