HANA Public Cloud, thereby seamlessly integrating with our B2B and B2C customers.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Project Manager / Scrum Master to support project delivery and agile execution across cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals interested in developing expertise in project management and Agile methodologies.

The candidate will assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking projects while facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring team alignment to deliver high-quality outcomes on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in creating project plans, timelines, and deliverables
Track project progress, risks, and dependencies
Maintain project documentation (status reports, schedules, RAID logs)
Support resource coordination and task assignments
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status

Scrum Master Responsibilities:

Daily stand-ups
Sprint planning
Sprint reviews
Sprint retrospectives
Remove impediments to help the team stay productive
Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement
Ensure adherence to Scrum principles and team norms
Support Product Owner in backlog grooming and prioritization

Team Coordination & Communication:

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
Ensure clear communication of project goals, priorities, and milestones
Capture meeting minutes and follow up on action items
Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams

Reporting & Metrics:

Track key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, sprint progress)
Assist in generating reports for leadership
Identify trends and areas of improvement in team performance

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

Skills:

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Technical & Methodology

Skills:

Basic understanding of:

Project management concepts (scope, schedule, risk)
Agile/Scrum framework

Familiarity with tools such as:

Jira, Azure Dev Ops, or similar tools
Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Preferred Qualifications:

Internship or academic project experience in project management or Agile environments

Exposure to Agile certifications such as:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
PMI-ACP (or coursework toward certification)
Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
