Silpa Companies is hiring a Git Ops / CI‑CD Engineer for client engagements focused on delivery‑pipeline modernization. You will lead the move from imperative pipelines to Git Ops‑driven delivery, ship safe deployment patterns (canary, progressive, automated rollback), integrate supply‑chain security (SBOM, signing, attestations), and partner with engineering teams as the people who actually use the system you build.

• Lead CI/CD modernization on Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, or Azure Dev Ops.
• Implement Git Ops delivery on Argo CD or Flux including environment‑promotion patterns.
• Build progressive‑delivery patterns using Argo Rollouts, Flagger, or feature‑flag platforms.
• Build secure‑by‑default pipeline templates that internal teams reuse rather than re‑derive.
• Implement secrets handling at the pipeline boundary using OIDC federation, Vault, or cloud‑native equivalents.
• Partner with App Sec on pipeline‑integrated SAST, DAST, SCA tuning.
• Author runbooks and onboard client engineers onto the new pipeline platform.
• 4 or more years of CI/CD or platform engineering experience.
• Production Git Ops experience on Argo CD or Flux.
• Hands‑on pipeline authorship at scale on Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, or Azure Dev Ops.
• Working knowledge of supply‑chain security practice (SBOM, signing, attestations).
• Strong scripting skills in Python or Bash.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes deployment patterns.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Candidates located in the Houston, Texas area will be given preference; remote consultants will also be considered.
• Reliable, secure internet connection and ability to travel to client sites as required by engagement scope.
