Overview

The Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining DT applications and solutions in support of the value chain. This role serves as a liaison between DT and the Aero Alliance JV (AAJV) supply chain function, providing project management, application support, and implementation of business process improvements through process definition, configuration changes, and enhancements in the company s core ERP system:
Oracle R12 E-business Suite. The ideal candidate has ample experience with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning (SCP) or Oracle ASCP, with a strong technical background in Information Technology.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Supply Planning applications (e.g., Oracle SCP, Could Supply Planning/Backlog Mgmt./Replenishment Planning, etc.) lifecycle, including vendor relationships. Own, manage, and nurture relationships with internal Supply Chain business partners, seeking alignment in vision, strategy, and tactical actions.
  • Identify opportunities for process standardization to drive measurable value that impacts AAJV business performance.
  • Manage DT programs/projects/agile initiatives, including cross-functional staff or external consultants. Collaborate with business functions to drive end-to-end system implementations or improvements (design, test, deploy & sustain).
  • Work with business partners to identify opportunities for improvements that maximize the use of digital solutions throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate with AAJV leadership and business SMEs to identify data & analytics gaps; participate in the design, functional specification, test, and rollout of reports and dashboards.
  • Identify key performance indicators, set milestones, and establish a reporting cadence.
  • Ensure that application development aligns with company standards and meets compliance and regulatory requirements. Responsible and accountable for the sustainability of DT applications.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver and sustain digital solutions. Adhere to, follow, and improve DT systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Develop high-performing teams through functional and technical leadership; provide coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities to direct/indirect reports.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Information Technology experience
  • 3+ years of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning (SCP):
    Supply Planning, Replenishment Planning and/or Backlog Management; or expertise on Oracle EBS/ERP (SCM module – Materials Planning, Inventory, Procurement, Logistics), Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or information systems related fields (master’s in science or business preferred)
  • Project management experience; ERP functional expertise preferred; ERP configuration experience
Desired Characteristics
  • Experience with Materials Planning, Procurement, Inventory, and Logistics processes and tools; familiarity with finance, sales, etc.
  • Expertise in Process Design and Architecture in Supply Chain modules (Procurement-to-Pay, Item Master and BOMs, Work Orders, Inventory Management and Control, Logistics, and integration with Oracle Financials & Order to Cash)
  • APICS or Six Sigma certification
  • Excellent organizational and presentation skills
  • Understanding of DT Change Management practices and product lifecycle management
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with Visio flowcharting and MS Access is a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
Technical Skills
  • PL/SQL and SQL development (desirable)
  • Knowledge of Web Service Integration architecture
  • Knowledge/experience of Oracle ERP Integration capabilities
  • Knowledge of security architecture (roles, privileges, hierarchy, etc.)
