Role
Summary:
The AI business lead will be responsible for training FP&A teams on tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Databricks, AI‑enabled workflow capabilities, prompt engineering, and related automation platforms. This role will also partner with cross‑functional teams to identify, design, build, and scale AI‑enabled solutions and underlying automations that improve productivity, reduce manual effort, strengthen governance, and accelerate business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver training, workshops, and job aids for Power Automate, Databricks, AI tools (with an emphasis on CoPilot, Google ADK/Gemini, and Claude models and agentic capabilities), prompt engineering, and automation best practices.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and coach for FP&A users, analysts, and cross‑functional teams adopting AI and automation capabilities.
- Partner with FP&A, technology, and business teams to identify and prioritize high‑value automation and AI use cases.
- Assist in the design, build, testing, documentation, and deployment of cross‑functional AI solutions, Power Automate flows, Databricks‑enabled data processes, and reusable automation components.
- Translate business needs into practical automation requirements, solution designs, process maps, and implementation plans.
- Promote responsible AI and automation practices, including data governance, approved connector usage, access controls, documentation standards, testing, monitoring, and production support expectations.
- Create reusable templates, training materials, reference examples, solution patterns, and playbooks to help teams build consistently and avoid rework.
- Support intake, prioritization, and readiness assessments for AI and automation opportunities, including evaluating complexity, data sensitivity, business value, and implementation path.
- Coordinate with enterprise AI, data, architecture, security, and governance teams to ensure solutions align with company standards and approval processes.
- Track adoption, training effectiveness, automation pipeline progress, delivered value, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, data analytics, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience developing or enabling automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform, workflow tools, or similar technologies.
- Working knowledge of AI concepts, generative AI use cases, prompt engineering, responsible AI practices, and AI‑enabled productivity tools.
- Familiarity with Databricks, data lakes, data pipelines, governed data environments, analytics workflows, or related cloud data platforms.
- Ability to train, coach, and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Experience gathering business requirements, documenting processes, creating solution designs, and supporting implementation across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, written communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive clarity in ambiguous situations, and move work forward through collaboration.
- Understanding of governance, risk, compliance, data privacy, and security considerations related to AI, automation, and enterprise data usage.
- Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Power Platform, Databricks, Azure, AI (preference toward CoPilot, Google ADK/Gemini, and Claude), data analytics, or automation‑related experience and/or certifications.
- Hands‑on experience building Power Automate flows that integrate with Microsoft 365 applications, SharePoint/One Drive, Teams, Outlook, APIs, and approved enterprise connectors.
- Experience with data preparation, reporting, dashboards, model evaluation, automated testing, and analytics delivery in Databricks or similar platforms.
