You will own and resolve Tier 2/3 incidents, work across Microsoft Entra , Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune, and manage endpoints with RMM tooling. You will play a hands-on role in scripting, automation, and documentation while supporting a hybrid work environment.
