**** Hybrid in Houston
**** 3-month contract
** Senior Project Manager – Oracle Supply Chain Implementation responsible for leading a large-scale enterprise rollout from testing through go-live. The position coordinates across business, technical, and vendor teams (including Oracle, GHX, and Tecsys), driving schedules, milestones, issue resolution, and risk management in partnership with the Director of Implementation.

The ideal candidate proactively identifies risks, manages dependencies, ensures accountability across teams, and maintains strong project governance through tools like Jira, RAID logs, and executive reporting. Success in this role requires deep experience with Oracle Supply Chain implementations, especially within healthcare environments, and the ability to navigate complex integrations and cross-functional delivery.

The successful candidate brings 5+ years of enterprise project management experience with at least one full-cycle Oracle Supply Chain implementation and strong understanding of supply chain processes such as procure-to-pay, inventory, and warehouse management. This is a hands-on role for someone who can anticipate challenges, and keeps execution on track through clear communication and consistent follow-through. Strong stakeholder management, and the ability to motivate teams while maintaining discipline and focus are essential.

The role requires a calm, solution-oriented leader who can manage complexity, enforce accountability, and drive successful outcomes in high-visibility, fast-moving implementations.
** Required Qualifications
*** 5+ years of project management experience leading enterprise technology implementations.
* Proven experience leading at least one full-cycle Oracle Supply Chain implementation.
* Experience delivering complex enterprise projects within healthcare environments.
* Strong understanding of supply chain business processes (procure-to-pay, inventory, warehouse, materials management).
* Demonstrated success managing cross-functional business and technical teams.
* Experience guiding projects through planning, execution, testing, cutover, and go-live phases.
* Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Hands-on experience using Jira for project planning, tracking, and reporting.
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Experience implementing:  + Oracle Cloud Supply Chain  + Oracle Procurement  + Oracle Inventory Management  + Oracle Warehouse Management
* Experience integrating Oracle with:  + GHX  + Tecsys
* Experience working within large healthcare systems or integrated delivery networks (IDNs).
