As a Palantir Foundry Sr. Developer, you will make an impact by designing and delivering modern data and analytics solutions that enable business users to make informed, data‑driven decisions. You will be a valued member of the Data & Analytics team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, data engineers, architects, and cross‑functional teams to develop scalable data platforms and analytics capabilities using Palantir Foundry.

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise data platforms using Palantir Foundry.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines, ontologies, and workflows to support analytics, reporting, and operational business use cases.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Drive architecture decisions, integration strategies, and performance optimization initiatives across the data platform ecosystem.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and promote best practices in data engineering, deployment, and governance.

• Strong experience designing and implementing data solutions using Palantir Foundry.
• Hands‑on experience building and optimizing data pipelines, ontologies, and data workflows.
• Strong SQL and data modeling expertise.
• Experience developing enterprise analytics, reporting, and business intelligence solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with data integration, data governance, and data quality best practices.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Experience leading end‑to‑end data platform modernization initiatives.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, integration patterns, and large‑scale data ecosystems.
• Experience supporting operational analytics and business intelligence programs.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and Dev Ops practices.
• Experience mentoring developers and leading distributed delivery teams.
• Exposure to advanced analytics, AI, or machine‑learning‑driven data products.
