Job Summary
Join a high‑impact enterprise IT organization as a Senior IT Project Manager leading strategic technology initiatives that drive business transformation. In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of complex enterprise software projects, partnering with business leaders, technical teams, and third‑party vendors to deliver innovative solutions on time and within budget. Initial projects include implementing an enterprise Oracle test automation platform, coordinating large‑scale testing initiatives, and mentoring a junior Project Coordinator to support long‑term PMO success.

- Lead enterprise IT projects through the full project lifecycle, including planning, requirements gathering, design, testing, implementation, go‑live, and project close.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and third‑party vendors to ensure successful project execution.
- Oversee implementation of enterprise software solutions, including application testing and test automation initiatives.
- Support large‑scale User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test planning, test script development, and testing coordination.
- Provide hands‑on support during critical project phases, including end‑user training, documentation, demonstrations, and go‑live activities.
- Mentor and train a junior project coordinator while promoting project management best practices.
- Facilitate communication across technical teams, business units, and executive leadership.
- Prepare executive‑level project status reports, risk assessments, budget updates, and mitigation plans.
- Coordinate shared resources across multiple concurrent projects while balancing competing priorities.
- Manage vendor relationships, purchase orders, project financials, accruals, and budget tracking.
- Promote continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 6+ years of experience managing multiple complex IT projects.
- Experience leading enterprise software implementation projects.
- Strong project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and vendor management experience.
- Experience coordinating cross‑functional business and technical teams.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), end‑user training, and project deployment activities.
- Strong verbal, written, organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite, Azure Dev Ops (TFS), and Visio.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience with Oracle enterprise applications.
- Experience with test automation initiatives.
- Experience using Opkey or Oracle test automation tools.
