• Provide frontline Salesforce support to internal users by troubleshooting issues, answering process questions, and escalating complex cases when needed.
• Perform routine data operations
  , including data imports, updates, deduplication, and data hygiene tasks to maintain accuracy and consistency across the org.
• Assist with reports and dashboards
  , including creating and modifying basic reports, maintaining subscriptions, and supporting end-user reporting needs.
• Monitor AI-driven sales tools and automations (email, chat, CRM prompts), reporting irregularities, performance issues, or opportunities for improvement.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

• 1+ years of basic working knowledge of Salesforce (or like platform) and CRM concepts
• Ability to provide frontline Salesforce support and elevate issues as needed
• Working knowledge of basic Salesforce reports, dashboards, and subscriptions preferred
• Experience performing routine data operations and data hygiene tasks preferred
• Familiarity with AI-driven sales tools or CRM automations
• Clear, effective interpersonal communication skills
• Detail-oriented approach to data accuracy and system support
