Oracle Project Manager

Tru Blu HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for a contract opportunity with a large, established healthcare organization in the Houston area. This role will lead a high-profile Oracle Supply Chain implementation, overseeing the project from testing through go-live.

The ideal candidate has extensive enterprise project management experience, a strong background in Oracle Supply Chain implementations, and experience delivering complex projects within healthcare environments.

• Lead a large-scale Oracle Supply Chain implementation from testing through go-live.
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Partner with implementation leadership to identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues.
• Drive project governance through Jira, RAID logs, status reporting, and executive updates.
• Guide teams through planning, execution, testing, cutover, and production deployment.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and executive leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise technology implementation projects.
• Proven experience leading at least one full-cycle Oracle Supply Chain implementation.
• Experience managing projects within a healthcare environment.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procure-to-pay, inventory management, warehouse management, and materials management.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional business and technical teams.
• Experience managing projects through planning, testing, cutover, and go-live.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Hands‑on experience using Jira for project planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Experience with core project management practices, including schedule planning, milestone tracking, task coordination, risk management, and issue resolution.

• PMP certification
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Supply Chain

• Tecsys integrations
• Experience working within large healthcare systems or integrated delivery networks (IDNs)

Houston‑area candidates are strongly preferred.
