In this role, you will lead the development, delivery, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise reporting, dashboards, data models, and automation solutions across the I&M organization.
This position is based in Houston and will follow a hybrid work arrangement.

ResponsibilitiesUsing tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, data-wrangling platforms, and AI-driven automation technologies, the successful candidate will enhance reporting capabilities, support informed decision-making, reduce manual processes, and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI and Tableau.
- Translate operational and financial requirements into clear, actionable reporting and analytics solutions.
- Develop and manage automated workflows using artificial intelligence and process-automation tools.
- Perform and support data preparation, transformation, and quality processes.
- Partner with I&M Operations, Finance, and functional business units to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Establish and maintain best practices for data governance, reporting consistency, visualization standards, and automation workflows.
- Support self-service analytics and provide training to users on Power BI, Tableau, and other reporting platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence development, reporting, or automation.
- Strong experience using Power BI and Tableau to develop dashboards, reports, and data models.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data preparation, transformation, and wrangling.
- Experience using AI and automation tools such as Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar technologies.
- Ability to manage priorities, organize work effectively, and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
