The Technical Support Analyst (Audio-Visual) role is an end-user focused position with a direct focus on proactive problem resolution. Audio-visual is a key technical platform in client enterprise. This person will possess the ability to understand end-user issues, work quickly to resolve them and train end-users to avoid issues in the future. The ability to communicate clearly, effectively and with a focus on end-user enablement is key.
This individual will also have experience managing hardware and software from Microsoft, Polycom, Logitech, Neat, Crestron, App Space and others audio-visual platforms. A strong desire to learn, grow and proactively recognize opportunities to contribute is required. Some lifting, bending and physical maneuvering will be required when troubleshooting or installing equipment.
Responsible for day-to-day support, maintenance, troubleshooting and evaluation of conference room audio-visual hardware and software. Assist end users with meeting scheduling, setup, and reported issues. Work with senior audio-visual staff to monitor the health of Microsoft InTune, Crestron, Logitech, Poly, Neat portals and App Space digital signage solutions.
Qualifications and SkillsQualified candidates possess experience working with audio-visual equipment including Microsoft Teams Rooms, Crestron, Polycom, Neat and Logitech audio-visual products. Direct experience with all listed systems is not required. A strong desire to learn and grow is required. The role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, analyze data, and support reporting activities. Candidates should be self-motivated, proactive problem solvers with strong attention to detail, exemplary end user support skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Some knowledge of networking basics is highly desirable. Candidate must be able to lift 50lbs, bend, climb ladders and easily maneuver under tables.
The Technical Support Analyst II (Audio-Visual) will support daily meetings and events in our Office. Support includes assisting with end-user technical needs, camera tracking, and meeting scheduling. Field support includes remote troubleshooting and end-user training on audio-visual related systems. Daily site walkthroughs of Office will be required to proactively identify down systems. Run system health reports to identify issues. Training in production systems and researching new products.
