What role will you play?
While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 4 days a week in our advertised location.
As a 12 month contractor you will take ownership of the day-to‑day operation and ongoing enhancement of our CRM platform, ensuring it effectively supports business‑critical processes and delivers a reliable experience for stakeholders. Acting as a key link between business users and technology teams, you will manage platform priorities, resolve complex issues, and balance operational support with strategic improvement initiatives.
You will oversee the platform backlog, prioritizing work based on business impact and urgency while maintaining continuity for activities that support client onboarding, transaction execution, and client servicing. You will identify opportunities to improve processes, optimise platform performance, and increase automation, helping the business operate more efficiently and effectively. Reporting to the CRM Product Owner, you will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and delivery partners to drive outcomes that support business growth and operational excellence during your 12 month contract.
Whatyou offer
- 5+ years of experience administering and supporting Salesforce or a comparable enterprise CRM platform, including system architecture, workflows, approval processes, and data management
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex platform issues, manage priorities, and coordinate resolution across business and technology teams
- Experience supporting client onboarding, transaction lifecycle, client servicing, or other business‑critical operational workflows
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical business outcomes and influence decision‑making
- Proactive and outcome‑focused approach with a strong sense of ownership, experience managing data quality and governance processes, and a commitment to continuous improvement and platform optimisation
