SCM Specialist - P2P

Duration: 12 Month Contract (Possible extensions)

Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)

Role Overview:

Support the implementation, rollout, adoption, and ongoing support of Supply Chain Process Orchestration solutions. Collaborate with Supply Chain, IT, ERP, Accounts Payable, and business teams to automate workflows, improve procurement processes, support testing, training, user adoption, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Roll out and support Process Orchestration solutions across Supply Chain
• Gather business requirements and translate them into workflow improvements
• Coordinate UAT, deployments, hypercare, and issue resolution
• Create training materials, documentation, and communications
• Track adoption, analyze usage, and recommend enhancements
• Partner with SCM, ERP, AP, IT, and vendors to improve end-to-end processes

Required Skills:

• 7+ years in Supply Chain/Procurement
• Strong Procure-to-Pay (P2P) knowledge
• Hands-on Oracle or SAP experience (Oracle Cloud preferred)
• Process Improvement & Workflow Automation
• Change Management & User Adoption
• UAT, Training, Deployment & Sustainment
• Stakeholder Management
• Oil & Gas Midstream experience preferred
