Primary (Must-Have):

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3+ years in a Senior Architect capacity
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, Flow orchestration, and platform event-driven architecture
• Strong data engineering background: complex modeling, large-scale migrations, and schema governance
• Advanced proficiency in Generative/Agentic AI (Windsurf, Devin) for accelerated SDLC and code generation
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and complex CI/CD Dev Ops pipelines

Secondary (Good to Have):

• Experience in regulated utility/energy sectors with NERC/audit compliance knowledge
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Integration/Data Architecture Designer certifications
• Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein AI, Agentforce, and Field Service Lightning
• Background in managing multi-vendor offshore/nearshore delivery models
• Experience with geospatial data platforms (GIS/ESRI) or enterprise content systems

We are looking for a highly seasoned Salesforce Technical Architect to spearhead our platform evolution onsite in Juno Beach, FL or Houston, TX. This role is pivotal in driving our "AI-first" delivery strategy, where you will govern enterprise architecture across multi-org environments. You will be responsible for defining technical roadmaps, managing complex integrations, and mentoring development teams, all while utilizing Agentic AI tools to optimize velocity and delivery standards.

• Platform Governance:
  Define and maintain enterprise-wide architecture standards, ensuring scalability, security, and long-term platform health across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds
• Integration Leadership:
  Architect and harden end-to-end integration layers connecting Salesforce with Mule Soft, SAP, GIS, and other legacy enterprise systems
• AI-Augmented Delivery:
  Lead the adoption of Agentic AI platforms (Windsurf, Devin) to accelerate story creation, code generation, and test automation while ensuring high-quality, audit-ready outputs
• Data Strategy:
  Lead data modeling, migration, and quality governance, ensuring alignment with enterprise data platforms and utility-sector compliance requirements
• Delivery Mentorship:
  Serve as the primary technical voice in Agile ceremonies, mentoring onshore/offshore teams and enforcing engineering excellence (DoR/DoD) to keep defect rates below 5%
