- Conduct basic SQL queries to extract and validate data when needed
- Use existing tools and insights platforms to analyze system behavior and performance
- Collaborate with developers to support AI-driven solutions (including GPT-based tools and platforms)
- Help ensure data inputs are structured, accurate, and aligned to use cases
- Provide feedback on AI outputs and recommend improvements to responses, workflows, and usability
- Contribute ideas for simple UI/UX enhancements that improve user experience and adoption
- Act as a liaison between business units and the Enterprise AI team
- Work directly with stakeholders to clarify needs, set expectations, and align priorities
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and testing results clearly and effectively

- Basic SQL knowledge for simple data extraction and validation
- Experience working with dashboards, reports, or structured data outputs
- Strong analytical and root-cause problem-solving skills
- Interest in AI-driven solutions and how they apply to business workflows
- Exposure to AI tools, platforms, or initiatives (conceptual or hands-on)
- Comfortable experimenting with AI tools and understanding how small changes (inputs, prompts, or UI adjustments) impact outcomes
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Highly collaborative with a positive, adaptable personality
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and push clarity in requirements
- Experience in Agile environments or product teams
- Exposure to Azure or similar cloud platforms
