EcoSys Functional SME

The role involves acting as a Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for the configuration, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of Eco Sys across projects. This position provides strategic guidance, ensures standardization, and enables effective use of Eco Sys to support project controls and EPC project execution.

• 5 years of hands-on Eco Sys configuration, administration, and support experience.
• 10 years overall in application configuration, support, or EPC/project controls environments.
• Demonstrated experience in Oil & Gas or EPC industry project delivery.
• Proven track record of managing system upgrades, rollouts, and post-deployment stabilization.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across project and functional teams.
• Ability to act as a consultant and advisor — not just a support resource.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.

• Set up and configure projects, structures, and users in Eco Sys in alignment with global standards and project requirements.
• Act as a functional advisor to projects on best practices for using Eco Sys effectively to achieve project controls outcomes.
• Provide Eco Sys system support through Service Now, including incident resolution, troubleshooting, and user assistance.
