Senior Product Designer

We're partnering with our client, an industrial enterprise, to find a talented Senior Product Designer. This short-term role is based on-site and offers an opportunity to impact complex digital products within a fast-paced environment. The position involves evaluating existing application interfaces and delivering actionable design improvements.

Senior Product Designer Responsibilities:

• Assess and enhance the usability of an internal enterprise application to improve user engagement and operational efficiency.
• Conduct comprehensive design audits to identify opportunities for workflow streamlining and usability improvements.
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to gather insights on business goals, user needs, and operational requirements.
• Review user journeys and suggest enhancements to navigation, information architecture, and interactions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design concepts that align with project objectives.

Senior Product Designer

Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or Experience Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design across complex enterprise applications.
• Proven skills in conducting user research, usability testing, workflow analysis, and design validation.
• Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Experience working collaboratively within Agile teams alongside product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows and improve user experiences in data-driven environments.
