The role serves as the subject matter expert for the Learning and Talent Workday model and is responsible for ensuring proper configuration and execution within Workday to support the organization's strategic priorities and business objectives. You will be responsible for working with stakeholders to enhance existing configuration and processes, as well as implement new functionality.

Key Responsibilities- Serve as SME for the Learning and Talent Workday module
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop roadmaps and prioritize work efforts within area of support
- Coordinate work efforts with stakeholders and assigned resources
- Identify new functionality and enhancements that will help support the priorities and objectives of stakeholders and the organization overall
- Remain current on Workday updates, including new features and changes to existing functionality
