Job SummaryAre you transitioning from military service and looking to gain valuable civilian work experience? Join our DoD Skill Bridge Program, designed to provide service members with hands-on training and exposure to careers at K during the last 180 days of active duty. This is an evergreen opportunity, meaning we continuously accept applications for multiple roles across our organization. Through this program, you will gain real-world experience, mentorship, and insight into mission-critical projects that support national security.
Roles and Responsibilities- Participate in K ’s DoD Skill Bridge Internship program during your last 180 days of active duty.
- Gain hands-on experience in engineering, technology, cybersecurity, logistics, and business operations.
- Work alongside industry professionals on projects supporting defense and space programs.
- Learn K processes, tools, and systems relevant to your chosen career path.
- Engage in mentorship and networking opportunities to prepare for civilian employment.
- Support mission-critical tasks that enhance warfighter readiness and operational success.
- Active-duty service member within 180 days of separation.
- Command approval for DoD Skill Bridge participation.
- Ability to commit to the duration of the internship program.
- Interest in transitioning.
