Aptimized is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to join our Houston team onsite. You will provide Level 1 and 2 support for desktops and peripherals, manage Windows 11, and support Microsoft 365 apps for end users.
You will handle account provisioning via Azure AD/Entra , assist with onboarding/offboarding, and document issues in our ticketing system while coordinating with network engineers on deployments and upgrades. This role requires onsite work and local travel as needed.
