Job Summary
We are seeking a Managed Services Technician with prior Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience to provide onsite and remote IT support for business clients throughout the Greater Houston area. This role supports Managed IT Services, Managed Print Services, and Document Management solutions while delivering exceptional customer service and technical troubleshooting.
Required Skills- Mandatory MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience
- Desktop Support / Help Desk (Tier 1–3)
- Windows 10/11
- Windows Server
- Microsoft 365 / Office 365
- Active Directory
- Azure AD / Entra
- Network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Printers & Managed Print Services
- Hardware & Software installation
- Remote support tools
- Ticketing systems (Connect Wise, Autotask, Service Now, Fresh service, Jira, etc.)
- Customer service and communication
- Documentation and ticket management
- Microsoft Intune
- Endpoint Management
- VPN support
- Share Point
- Hyper-V or VMware
- Backup solutions
- Document Management Software
- Basic firewall/network troubleshooting
- Power Shell (nice to have)
