In this role, you will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models, processes, and operations. You will gather, understand, and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications. Additionally, you will analyze newly implemented technology solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
Your key responsibilities as a Manager in Technology Analysis will include:
- Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
- Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
- Actively participate in client working sessions, leading work streams from planning through execution and closure.
- Serve as an SAP Manager responsible for the design and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA capabilities supporting the Order-to-Cash (OTC) workstream, including but not limited to order management, pricing, ATP, delivery processing, billing, and customer order-related reporting.
- Manage and provide leadership to teams of professionals, actively engaging in staff development and practice management.
- Run workshops, gather requirements, design, configure, and support the end-to-end process for SAP Order-to-Cash, able to provide the design proposals with understanding of requirements from other key modules like Supply Chain (Planning, Manufacturing, Quality Management, TM, EWM), Procurement, and Finance.
- Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and possess strong business acumen.
- Lead and deliver quality SAP projects or work streams.
- Leverage leading-practice business process knowledge for Order-to-Cash and apply to the client's business requirements.
- Consistently deliver quality client services.
- Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
- Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.

- A bachelor's degree (4-year degree).
- Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years relevant experience in SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC), including hands-on configuration and design.
- Proven experience leading SAP work streams or small project teams through the full lifecycle (requirements, design, build, test, and deployment).
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4
HANA OTC processes, including order management, pricing, available-to-promise (ATP), delivery processing, and billing. - Experience facilitating client workshops, gathering business requirements, and translating them into scalable SAP solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage deliverables, track progress against milestones, and communicate status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
- Experience working across cross-functional SAP modules (e.g., Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain) to support end-to-end process design.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
- Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and prior advisory experience relevant to industry specific finance and technology functions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work streams in a fast-paced client environment.
- A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.
- Ideally, you'll also have prior consulting experience with a focus on SAP OTC transformations.
- SAP S/4
HANA certification(s) in Sales (SD) or Order-to-Cash (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4
HANA Sales). - Experience leading or playing a key role in at least one full lifecycle SAP S/4
HANA OTC implementation (from design through deployment and stabilization). - Experience designing and optimizing end-to-end OTC processes, including integration points with Finance (FI), Supply Chain, and Logistics Execution.
