Location: Houston, TX Requirements:
- Experience with O365, Service Now, xMatters, Science Logic, and Solarwinds
- General TCOM knowledge
- Understanding of DNS, IP, Routers, switches, and BGP
- Proficiency with Ping, Traps, and SCADA systems
- Familiarity with IT and OT best practices
- Knowledge of GUARD EUSRM software review process
- Ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
