Senior IT Administrator

This is a full-time position with United You Ventures, based at our headquarters. The Senior IT Administrator will be responsible for managing the IT systems and infrastructure for the entire organization.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT administration, preferably in the oil and gas engineering or construction industry
• Experience in managing IT systems for companies with a minimum of 1000 employees
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of network and server systems, including Windows and Linux operating systems
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper‑V
• Familiarity with cloud computing and storage solutions
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Relevant certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or ITIL are a plus

• Manage and maintain the company's IT systems and infrastructure, including network, servers, and cloud‑based solutions
• Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems and data
• Implement and maintain disaster recovery and backup plans
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Manage and support end‑user devices, including computers, laptops, and mobile devices
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
• Manage IT projects and initiatives, including budgeting, planning, and execution
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements and upgrades
• Provide technical support and training to employees as needed
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and laws
• Manage and negotiate vendor contracts and relationships
• Lead a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and mentorship as needed
