IT/OT Systems Administrator responsible for maintaining SCADA/GMS platforms, managing virtualized infrastructure, ensuring NERC CIP compliance, and supporting mission‑critical systems for a critical infrastructure organization. This role supports the reliability and security of operational technology environments, working closely with IT, OT, vendors, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:Administer and support SCADA/GMS and other OT applications.
Manage VMware, Nutanix, and hyperconverged infrastructure environments.
Perform server administration, patch management, system upgrades, and infrastructure troubleshooting.
Support disaster recovery, backup/recovery operations, and high-availability solutions.
Ensure compliance with NERC CIP standards, cybersecurity policies, and operational procedures.
Partner with IT, OT, vendors, and business stakeholders to maintain system reliability and security.
10+ years of IT/OT Systems Administration experience, including enterprise infrastructure and virtualization support
SCADA/GMS Administration
VMware vSphere / ESXi / vCenter
Nutanix AHV & Hyperconverged Infrastructure
Windows Server Administration
Active Directory & Group Policy
DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP Networking
Backup, Recovery, and Business Continuity
Security Monitoring & Endpoint Protection Tools
Patch Management & Vulnerability Remediation
Infrastructure Monitoring, Capacity Planning, and Troubleshooting
NERC CIP Compliance and cybersecurity, compliance, and operational support knowledge
