Campaign & Paid Media Specialist
We're looking for a Campaign & Paid Media Specialist to plan, launch, and optimize paid digital campaigns across search and social channels. This role owns performance from strategy through execution — building campaigns that drive measurable results and reporting on what's working.
What You'll Do- Plan, build, and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads) and paid social campaigns (Meta, Linked In, or similar platforms)
- Own budget allocation and pacing across active campaigns
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize toward CPA, ROAS, or other core KPIs
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creative, targeting, and bidding strategies
- Build and present campaign performance reports using Google Analytics/GA4 and platform-native dashboards
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to align campaign assets with performance goals
- Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices
