Paid Media Specialist

About the Role

We're looking for a Campaign & Paid Media Specialist to plan, launch, and optimize paid digital campaigns across search and social channels. This role owns performance from strategy through execution - building campaigns that drive measurable results and reporting on what's working.

What You'll Do

+ Plan, build, and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads) and paid social campaigns (Meta, Linked In, or similar platforms)

+ Own budget allocation and pacing across active campaigns

+ Monitor performance metrics and optimize toward CPA, ROAS, or other core KPIs

+ Conduct A/B testing on ad creative, targeting, and bidding strategies

+ Build and present campaign performance reports using Google Analytics/GA4 and platform-native dashboards

+ Collaborate with creative and content teams to align campaign assets with performance goals

+ Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices

Requirements

+ 2-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns

+ Proficiency with Google Ads and at least one major social ad platform (Meta, Linked In)

+ Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4 or comparable analytics tools

+ Track record of managing ad budgets and improving campaign performance metrics

+ Excellent communication skills - able to translate data into actionable recommendations

+ Bonus: experience with programmatic advertising, Hub Spot, or marketing automation platforms
